Real Madrid Are The 2017 UEFA Super Cup Champions

Real Madrid defeated Manchester United 2-1 in the European Super Cup in Skopje, Macedonia, in a match dominated from start to finish by whites, far superior to their rivals.

Brazilian midfielder Casemiro opened the scoring after crossing with the left foot and the first touch a pass of Dani Carvajal (25 '). In the second half, Isco Alarcón put the 2-0 (52 '), which Belgian Lukaku replied only eleven minutes later (63').

Real Madrid, who have been without an international final since losing 2-1 to Boca Juniors in the Intercontinental Cup, now World Club Cup, have since won their first title of the 2017-18 season and the fourth Super Cup his story.

The match began with an initial effort from United that proved sterile. The Madrid settled on the grass and extinguished the initial momentum of the adversary lowering the ball to the ground.

The associative soccer of the Merengues soon put the contest down. Carvajal recovered a clearance of the English rear to templar a ball to the heart of the area that Casemiro crossed to De Gea to the first touch and with the left hand (25 ')

The whites overwhelmed during the first part with 65 percent possession spikes and moved the ball from one side to the other of the court, while the English ran desperate and were struggling to shrink balls.

The second half began with another Madrid goal. Isco Alarcón, surrounded by rivals, threw a wall with Gareht Bale, to beat below De Gea (52 ').

The second of the whites responded by Belgian Lukaku putting a ball that Keylor Navas, after a whip of the Serbian Matic, failed to stop (63 ').

But United did not give more and despite trying until the end, the result no longer moved and the Super Cup will fly to Madrid.
